We meet you legends in Delhi. From the different religious temples and architectural sites, to the hustle and bustle of locals in this crazy capital, Delhi is a real introduction to the magic of India. After getting on the road we head for our first stop on our Golden Beats tour, Agra and the famous Taj Mahal.
We’re all for the off the beaten track approach, but you cannot do visit India without experiencing the Taj Mahal. One of the Seven Wonders of the World, it will soon become clear why up to 7 seven million people journey here each year to see this beautiful marble building, constructed by the Emperor for his wife. Now if that isn’t love, we don’t know what is.
Rise and shine Beats Travellers! We’re up bright and early this morning to make our way to the Taj Mahal. Unfortunately for you late risers, the best time to visit is first thing. But trust us, we promise it will be worth it. Afterwards, we travel to Jaipur. Known as the Pink City, Jaipur will give you a real understanding of what Rajasthan and this part of the world has to offer. This famous location holds a spectacular history that dates back to the 17th century, when it was ruled by the Royal family. From the bustle on the streets, to the camels that by pass you and the amazing architecture this colonial city is one not to miss. After arriving and being wowed by the colourful bazaars, boutique markets and shops this city has to offer, we all go out for dinner at a local Rajasthan restaurant.
In the morning, we get up bright and early to go and see the magnificent Amber Fort. Located high on a hilltop on the outskirts of Jaipur, this attractive palace is not to be missed and is definitely one for your Instagram. Oh, and did we mention in the mornings there are elephants roaming the fort…In the late afternoon, we head to Chowki Dani a village themed restaurant that captures the heart and spirit of Rajasthan and Jaipur.

We say goodbye to Alsisar and Magnetic Fields, and get on our way to Pushkar for a bit of R and R. Known for being one of the holiest places in India, Pushkar is a picturesque town which holds amazing stories and religious history. Once arriving in Pushkar, we will have a group dinner before having a chilled night after a wild three days at the festival.
Time to explore Pushkar, whether you want to explore the religious town and relax at the lake, or grab some great bargains at the cheap bazaars, the choice is yours. For you early risers who want to get a magnificent morning view, the town of Pushkar holds many beautiful sights, including the Savatri temple.
We get back on the road in the morning for our journey back to Delhi. Being Beats Travel we are not going to leave without a bang. After checking into our designated accommodation we go for our last traditional Indian dinner and then on for a boogie at the nightlife central of Delhi Haus Kha Village.
