Melbourne’s best-kept secret

Where else can you indulge in a 10-minute massage while feasting on unusual dumpling flavour combos for $15?

Melbourne’s best kept secret and only Japanese-owned restaurant, bar and music venue Horse Bazaar is offering this unique experience every Tuesday night. With massage by Jelena, beats by MzRizk, and delicious Japanese Izakaya style food by Horse Bazaar’s passionate husband and wife team Takako and Fumi Tamura – this is a midweek break you’ll want to get down to.

Offering a unique fusion of music, art, Japanese food and specialty drinks, Horse Bazaar is a humble little pocket of culture, hidden in a classic Melbourne laneway and home to some of the city’s best beat-makers, DJs and MC’s. Head chef and owner Takako Tamura brings authentic Japanese cuisine together with classic Melbourne dishes to create the six ingenious dumpling flavours on offer each Tuesday night. Including a vegemite, egg and bacon option, crispy fried cheese, as well as dessert dumplings of nutella and nuts, be sure to indulge your senses after a relaxing massage, with contemporary hip-hop beats and soulful RnB classics to soundtrack your evening.

Horse Bazaar resident Masseuse Jelena established her business Soul Aquarian Therapy in 2013, and offers a range of services including shiatsu, cupping, Swedish massage and sports & remedial massage.
