With the countdown on for our Island Beats tour and the epic Sonus Festival on Zcre Beach, Croatia, its time to give the low down on one of the gems of Zcre, Club Papaya.
Zcre Beach is in Novalja, on the Island of Pag and has earned itself the reputation of being ‘the beach that never sleeps’; the perfect mantra for the home Club Papaya, the most infamous club in the area. Boasting the capacity for you and 4500 of your closest friends, this is where Sonus Festival goers will spend much of their time.
Club Papaya was founded (or gifted to ravers) back in the 90’s, long before Croatia had earned is party reputation for travellers. Currently rated by our friends at DJ Mag as number 23 in the top 100 clubs in the world, over the course of Club Papaya history this beach haunt has seen everything from Fatboy Slim perform to hosting heats of Miss Club – the beauty pageant for club goers.
Something big is happening at this place each every day throughout summer. There is after beach sessions and full blown all night parties where revellers watch the sun rise. Huge names are drawn in to perform and the vibe is next level. We’re all about the vibe of a place so for us this is exactly why we have chosen Club Papaya to get ourselves primed for the start of Island Beats.
Island Beats is kicking off on August 18th, plenty of time to nab your spot on the tour for the best techno fuelled week of your life.
